What is the MOQ and Price Term?
No MOQ for the first sample order. Small quantities are acceptable with neutral packing. Prices are based on EXW. For orders over 1000-2000 pcs (depending on models), the price term is FOB.
Can you provide custom designs and requirements?
Yes, we are a direct manufacturer with our own mold and plastic injection workshops. We can design and develop products according to customer requirements. Custom packing and logos are available with a MOQ of 1000 pcs per color.
What is the delivery time?
For regular neutral products and packing, delivery is approximately 15-20 days. For customized orders with logos and specific packing, delivery takes 25-30 days.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
Small orders are shipped via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air flight, taking 10-15 days. Official orders are usually shipped by sea, which takes 35-50 days depending on the destination.
What are the payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For amounts above USD 5000, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 70% paid before delivery. For amounts under USD 5000, full payment is recommended to save on bank charges.
Are the products certified for international markets?
Yes, our products come with essential certifications including RoHS and CE, ensuring they meet international safety and quality standards.
