Q1. What is the MOQ & Price Term?
No MOQ for the first sample order. Small quantities are acceptable with neutral packing. Prices are based on EXW. For larger quantities (1000-2000 pcs depending on the model), FOB terms can be applied.
Q2. Can you handle custom designs and requirements?
Yes, we are a direct manufacturer with an in-house mold and plastic injection workshop. We can design and develop products based on specific customer requirements. Custom packing and logos are available for orders of 1000 pcs per color.
Q3. What is the expected delivery time?
For regular neutral products, delivery is approximately 15-20 days. For customized orders with logos and special packing, the delivery time is 25-30 days.
Q4. How are the goods shipped and how long is the transit?
Small orders are shipped via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air, taking 10-15 days. Bulk orders are usually shipped by sea, which takes 35-50 days depending on the destination.
Q5. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For amounts over USD 5000, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 70% due before delivery. For smaller amounts, full payment is recommended to save on bank charges.
Q6. Does the lamp include a power adapter?
The product includes a USB charging cable. While it does not come with a standard power adapter, it can be charged using any standard USB port or a multi-port USB charging station.
